MEET THE TEAM
Brad is the owner/operator of A&M Marine and has been part of the local marine industry for over a decade. His background as a Red Seal Machinist and Red Seal Automotive Technician helped pave his way into this trade, and his passion carries over into his personal life as an avid boater and yacht club member.

Marissa joined the team almost a year ago and has quickly proven herself talented across all aspects of the trade. Her background in the textile industry gave her a strong foundation before stepping into the marine world.
Sarah started in 2026 and brings versatile skills to the team. She specializes in repairs and is becoming a skilled manufacturer as well. Sarah's background in the textile industry laid the foundation for her career in the marine industry.
Kara started at A&M in 2026 and has learned so much in her time here. She has a great attention to detail and genuinely loves everything we do here. Her training in fashion and textiles led her here, and she's found her true calling in marine canvas and upholstery.
